WHERE TO USE: made for melodic percussion instruments like glockenspiel, xylophone, energy chimes, and orchestral bells; also perfect for wood blocks
ONE BIG THING: please check our other mallets for uses where you need a soft, mellow tone like steel tongue drum, marimba, log drum, or rosewood; the Timber Drum Co. TMD2 Soft Rubber or T6ES Extra Soft Rubber mallets are best suited for these purposes
OF NOTE: handles are made of smooth solid birch with rounded tips and are well balanced; we stain the handles by hand in our shop to bring out the natural wood grain for a high-end look
BY THE NUMBERS: 15.25" L (total), 1" mallet heads, 5/16" diameter handles; sold in pairs
